The name Zewaho comes from the idea of Zero Waste Home. The project's philosophy is to minimise waste during both manufacturing and construction, and to use materials efficiently.

Yes. Most projects are designed as kits that can be assembled without complex construction equipment. Precisely CNC-milled parts fit together, which makes assembly significantly easier.

It depends on the size of the project and the experience of the assembly team. Thanks to the modular construction, the shell of the building can be assembled within a few days to a few weeks.

Structures are made mostly from structural plywood, OSB, or other wood-based panel materials machined with CNC technology. Insulated buildings also use modern insulation materials.

Zewaho builds on the principles of the open construction system WikiHouse and develops them further for Czech conditions. The goal is to make modern modular buildings accessible to as many people as possible.
