ArcCabin is an innovative concept of an insulated modular cabin designed primarily for apitherapy, but it also works well as a sauna, a relaxation space, or a garden house. Unlike our other cabins, it has a flat floor, which significantly increases comfort and versatility of use.
From apitherapy to ArcCabin – a new generation modular space
ArcCabin builds on our previous kits — DodecSauna, DodecApiDome, and OctApiDome. It uses their proven principles:
- precise CNC manufacturing
- simple assembly
- high-quality insulation
- modular approach
But it also brings a fundamental change.
Both DodecSauna and DodecApiDome are based on a barrel shape. Barrel-shaped structures have their own charm, but they don’t suit every environment or every purpose. Some people need more space, others prefer a flat floor, and others are looking for a shape that better fits into a modern garden.
That’s why ArcCabin takes a completely different path. It uses an arched structure, but combines it with a fully flat floor, which greatly increases comfort and versatility of use. This creates a new type of module — a combination of an organic shape with a practical, highly usable floor plan.

ArcCabin opens up a whole new world of possibilities. Imagine:

Thanks to CNC manufacturing and smart design, ArcCabin is precise, repeatable, and easy to assemble.
Advantages of ArcCabin:
- The modular kit-based solution offers a wide range of variants in size and usage (garden house, cozy sauna, or a relaxation space)
- The structure is insulated using 10 cm thick PIR boards, ensuring maximum comfort and energy efficiency.
- DIY approach: You can get ArcCabin already as an assembled shell structure or as a kit for your own assembly (at home or at our workshop, where we’ll gladly help you and lend you the necessary tools). Alternatively, you can purchase only the main structural parts and build the interior and exterior cladding or benches yourself.
- Mobile structure: The building can easily be moved using a pallet truck, transported on a trailer (1 t load capacity), and lifted off using four screw jacks or car jacks, which are available for rent.
- Individual parts are designed and laid out on structural boards for CNC milling so as to produce minimal off-cuts, i.e. waste.

ArcCabin is designed for CNC production (CNC router) from structural wooden boards (2500 mm x 1250 mm x 18 mm).
Parameters and modularity:
The basic module dimension (shell structure – frame without cladding) is approximately 2.24 m (width) x 2.39 m (height). The length of the structure is adjustable – the basic building element is a module 257 cm long.
The interior dimension of the module is approximately 2 m x 2 m.
Thanks to the modular solution, the structure can easily be extended by adding further modules according to your needs and available space.
Depending on the cladding used, the weight of the basic version of the cabin ranges from 800 to 950 kg.
In addition to the basic ApiCabin variant, we have also prepared several smaller studies. They are based on the same idea – creating a simple, functional, and cozy space – just in more compact dimensions.
ArcCabin API
The first realized ArcCabin cabin is designed for apitherapy. It is equipped with three beehives and a full-size bed, allowing not only bee therapy but also peaceful rest right in the space where the bees create their own microclimate. This first functional prototype cabin helped us verify all the details in practice. We are gradually publishing information, photos, and experience from operation so that the whole development of the project can be followed step by step.
